This is a dust cap and thread protector for your JAGMTE fuel spouts. Will not fit the Scepter brand spouts. It is a shallow cap that goes on the threads below the O-ring to help protect the threads from damage and help keep dust and debris from getting in the part of the spout that goes in the fuel can.
